2. USER.- The person making the reservation must be of legal age and responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
3. PREPAYMENT.- The system requests payment of the guarantee by credit card or bank transfer. The reservation is subject to payment acceptance by the bank.
4. RESERVATION. - Booking is completed when the user receives confirmation of booking with their location number by email.
5. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT - Check-in will be between 16:00 and 22:00 on the day of arrival and must leave at 11:00 on the day of departure.
6. TOURIST TAX.- The amount of the reservation will be increased by a tourist tax for the first 7 nights at 2 € per person over 13 years old.
7. INFORMATION .- All information provided by the user is saved on a secure server, and we guarantee that this information is accessed exclusively by the reservation team, and for the purpose of the reservation only and to communicate with the customer regarding future promotions. and promotions.
8. OCCUPANT.- The client can only host the maximum number of people, as defined in the characteristics of the apartment and according to the contracted rate.
9. PETS - Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
10. SMOKING - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in the common areas of the building;
11. CLEANING.- The apartment must be made available to the customer properly cleaned. The client undertakes to leave the apartment reasonably clean, without trash or food scraps.
12. PERSONAL PROPERTY AND BELONGING. - LHR - Lisbon Holidays Rentals assumes no liability in case of theft, loss or deterioration of valuables such as money, jewelry or other valuables that occurred in the apartment or inside the vehicles parked in the parking lot.
13. EQUIPMENT.- The client agrees to leave the apartment in the same circumstances as found when entering in terms of preservation of furniture and equipment.
14. MODIFICATIONS.- We reserve the right to alter the rented apartment by one with similar or better characteristics in case of force majeure, such as occupancy or defects that occur suddenly after the date of booking. These changes should have no cost to the customer.
15. GUARANTEE.- LHR reserves the right to charge a security deposit through the credit card number if defects in the apartment, furniture or equipment or extreme dirt or rubbish are found at check-out. The cost of restoring the apartment conditions will be deducted from the credit card number.
16. CANCELLATION.- For cancellations more than 30 days in advance, 95% of the money paid will be returned. For cancellations more than 15 days in advance, 45% of the money paid will be returned. For cancellations 10 days or less in advance, no amount will be returned.
17. MAINTENANCE. - LHR (Lisbon Holidays Rentals) and its employees will have the right to enter the apartment during the Customer's stay in order to perform cleaning, repairs and the like. In these situations, customers will be informed in advance.
18. Law - The agreement is signed by both parties, is governed by the law of Portugal, and we both agree that any dispute, matter or any matter arising from the implementation of this agreement, the parties agree to establish the jurisdiction of the district. from Lisbon. - Portugal, with express waiver of any other.
